Can I return stuff from Apana?

One of our main objectives is to promote timeless products, if unfortunately you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you have up to 15 calendar days to change or return your order, counting from the day you received it. (EXCEPT SELECTED PRODUCTS)

To make the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging (with everything inside) and with its corresponding labels.

WHAT STEPS DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW WITH A RETURN:

  • The return must be reported through the email help@apanashop.com within 15 calendar days from the day you received your order.
  • The administrator of the website will inform the USER / CLIENT of the address to which the product must be sent.
  • The USER / CLIENT must return the products through the same system that was delivered or a courier company of their choice. The return must be paid by the USER / CLIENT unless it is an error on the part of Apana.
  • Inform the website administrator of the return system used, with the date and time of the return.
Once the return has been received after verifying that it is in perfect condition, the amount of the product will be refunded.
